Two Japanese sailors ponder their fates while trapped in a midget submarine in the early morning of June 7th, 1941…
SYNOPSIS
In the early hours of December 7th, 1941, two Japanese sailors aboard a midget submarine were spotted by a US Minesweeper. For the next few hours before they were ultimately sunk by the USS Ward, they evaded capture and detection.
But for those two sailors, sitting inside the tiny oven, barely underwater but thousands of miles from home, with one objective and slim chance of survival, those few hours were worth a life time of reflection.
