SYNOPSIS

Ashley is lost and frustrated with her life when she receives word that her mother has died. She attends the funeral and finds a series of letters among her mother’s things. While she is inadvertently forced to drive her mother’s ashes across the country, the letters reveal a woman Ashley never knew her mother to be.

As Ashely races home to begin a new job, she must face a conniving boyfriend, the figurative and literal ghosts of her mother’s past, and the doubts that have plagued her since she was little and none of them are going to make this road trip a walk in the park.
